About Us
My name is Kitty Boitnott, of Boitnott Coaching LLC. I am a teacher’s career coach, serving the Richmond, VA and around the US. I am an experienced teacher leader. I have spent over twenty-five years as both a teacher and a library media specialist. I take pride in my commitment to the maintaining the highest professional standards. I have been an advocate and spokesperson for my profession and my educational colleagues for over twenty years.
As a public speaker, I have reached out to a wide variety of groups, including parent-teacher associations, community groups, and teacher conferences at both the state and local levels. I am known as a plain-spoken advocate for public education, teachers of all varieties, and the children who attend public schools where they lack the ability to speak up for themselves. I passionately believe in providing equal opportunity to all children. I believe educators must take a stand against privatization.
