Welcome to Boitnott Coaching LLC
My name is Kitty Boitnott of Boitnott Coaching LLC. I am a teacher’s career coach serving the Richmond, VA area. I also founded TimeOut4Teacher.com and TeachersinTransition.com. I have made it my career to offer wellness, life strategy, stress management, and career development coaching. I also offer workshops and online presentations. I cover the issues everyone deals with in life and at work, but I particularly cater to teachers in distress and transition.
I decided to start a practice focused specifically on career, life, stress management, and wellness coaching for teachers because I am very aware of how teachers in the US feel bombarded by negative rhetoric. Our current system puts them in a very difficult place. I understand how they are dealing with stagnant salaries, deteriorating work conditions and school properties, and diminishing respect from their students and the community.
I am certified in life strategy coaching and stress management coaching. I have additional training in holistic health and career coaching. I am also a public presenter who has spoken to hundreds of teachers and people in general on the topic of stress management.
My clients often have great insights working with me and experience huge personal transformations. I am proud to say many of them go beyond professional growth. As my coaching clients learn to listen to their own inner voice, they grow personally as well.
I strive to help people tune into their dreams and inner wisdom. I give them a safe space in which to create professional and personal change, as well as the future they dream of.
